  1. Personalised Attention: We care about you. If you need something, we are here to listen and help you. Your success is our priority.
  2. Tuition Benefits: With the 40 € tuition fee, you can use all our facilities until 8:30 PM and attend the events of our socio-cultural agenda.
  3. Online Platform: Enjoy the extra content on our online platform. The access codes are only for you. This platform together with the email will be our way of sending communications regarding notices, changes or notes.
  4. Duration of Classes: In the case of extensive courses our classes last 55 minutes, 1 hour and 25 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes so that you can come and go without rushing. We offer more hours than the standard for each course. For intensive courses the same logic is used.
  5. Academic Follow-up: We offer you a personalised follow-up with tutorials, attendance control, quarterly exams and MOCKS (mock exams) included in the extensive course.
  6. Academic Calendars: We adapt our calendars to the working calendar, including local, regional and national holidays. You can consult the academic calendar at: https://acabri.com/calendario-academico-cordoba/
  7. Group Organisation: We reserve the right to reorganise groups, always seeking the best for you.
  8. Substitutions and Cancellation of Classes: If your teacher is unable to attend, we have substitute teachers of the same quality so that classes can continue without interruption.
  9. Certification and Exams: At the end of the course and after passing the exam, you will receive your level certificate.
  10. Official Exams: We prepare and examine you for the official Cambridge and Instituto Cervantes exams.
  11. Methods of Payment: You can pay in easy monthly instalments or pay for the whole course at the beginning. We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer or direct debit.
  12. Contracting the Course and Payment:
    1. Extensive courses: The reservation of a place is made by paying the enrolment fee (40 euros).
    2. Intensive Courses: A deposit of at least 20% of the total cost of the course must be paid in order to formalise the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid two weeks before the student's arrival.
  13. Cancellation Policy:
    1. Extensive Courses: The course is billed in monthly instalments, so it is necessary to give at least five days' notice before the end of the month to avoid the issuing of the following month's bill.
    2. Intensive Courses: Academia Británica will refund the course fee if cancellation occurs 15 days before the start of the course, except for the 20% deposit. The student will receive a credit which can be used for one year to book another course at one of our centres.
    3. Once the course has started, no refund will be possible. Please contact us and we will find a solution.
  14. Privacy and Confidentiality: We protect your personal data and treat it confidentially. We are not a franchise; we have been teaching languages since 1953.
  15. Place Reservation: Secure your place for the next course by paying the enrolment fee from the start of the place reservation process, giving you preference over potential students.
